In my long-term care art therapy practice resident-artists are often inspired by nature, skies, florals, and rustic outdoor settings. These scenes can potentially remind them of home, a special place once visited…. or where they might wish to be?

What happens, regardless of where the mind wanders, is that these rich visual images support, engage and nourish imaginations for future creative moments… as artist and author.
