Gratitude Hearts. Andrea.

Sharing in this post Andrea’s found gratitude hearts that she discovers in the everyday. Andrea is a dear classmate from my TATI training (and my 2nd cohort). When I joined that new art therapy cohort after an extended break, Andrea warmly welcomed me into the fold, and I will always be grateful to her. Our shared learning and laughter along the way was a beautiful bonus. During the pandemic I was so inspired and uplifted by her found hearts posted on Instagram (which definitely influenced my heart-art posts last year). Thank you for sharing your heart discoveries and heart-felt reflections Andrea!

A curious person who finds joy in nature’s beauty, everyday baking and creating. Sees signs of love daily. Feels lucky most days.

For the longest time now I’ve have been so fortunate. When I least expect it, but always need it, a heart appears. Any time of day, any place. There it is.

These little but big signs, reminders of what I’m forgetting - what I take for granted. Love. Big love. Little love. Universal love. The love I have for myself, for others, for nature, for life itself.

I have been collecting images of hearts found in day to day routines, in nature, in food, on the ground, and up high as a record of what matters.

I have shared them with others to spread the love - that we are all connected regardless of our many differences.  A symbol to shift our mindset and see that there is something much larger beyond our troubles.

It’s always there - this simple yet powerful belief of the importance of living and giving in love.

With gratitude, Andrea ♡
