Invitation.

〰 What photos or images represent or symbolize these emotional states?
〰 Collect photos and curate your photo collage/ vision quilt with a selection of meaningful images.
〰 Add words to amplify your intentions.
This invitation encourages an expressive process to the vision board idea, while prompting feeling states as we collect photos and images that inspire our relational goals and intentions. This prompt can again gently remind us to be present, can become a tangible legacy piece and can serve as visual cues for what really matters.
Materials.
• A camera to capture images (art and metaphor for your vision quilt.)
• A design program like Canva for creating photo grids and collages for you digital quilt. Lots of available templates that allow you to ease into the process and focus on your creative expression and personal ‘vision’ (and not worry about constructing or designing layouts). Text elements can be added as well.
• Colour filters can also be applied to photos (canva, photoshop etc.) and used to create colour stories, moods or themes.
